Meditation

Mindfulness and meditation techniques are non-religious practices which are accessible to all. In my meditation sessions I share evidence-based techniques to enable people to wake up to the present moment. These techniques have been shown in innumerable studies to have many mind-body benefits, including reduced stress, improved sleep, boosted immunity, increased compassion, and a greater sense of happiness and wellbeing.

Yoga

As a Yoga Alliance trained vinyasa flow teacher, I offer individual and group yoga sessions tailored to complete beginners through to those who have been coming to their mats for many years. Vinyasa yoga focuses on connecting yoga poses (or asana) together in a fluid way, using the breath. As a teacher, I take a playful and open approach that modifies yoga poses to suit people’s individual bodies and abilities. There is no “perfect” version of a pose, only the versions that best serve our personal needs and physiologies. 

Wellness Coaching

My role as a wellness coach is to help you explore your wellness goals and support you in turning them into real and lasting lifestyle changes. Your goals may touch on exercise and movement, meditation, healthy eating, reducing stress, or improving sleep. Whatever your best self looks like, I would love to help you turn your goals into reality. 

1:1 Sessions

Corporate Training


Wellness at the workplace is essential. I offer a range of customised packages tailored to each organisation’s specific needs, to empower their employees with mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices. These techniques include compassion training, cultivating psychological safety, improving emotional resilience, retraining habitual negative reactions to workplace challenges, and reducing the negative mind-body experiences most commonly correlated with burnout, including stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.
